Shop Liley is a shoe shop in Kathmandu, Nepal. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Each verified mobile number belongs to one account. Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself.

We'll never ask you for a code. If someone does, don't share it, and tell us.

Prices in Nepal are in Nepalese rupees (NPR). You can pay cash on delivery, or by card when it's offered.

Outside Nepal, prices are shown in your currency at the current Nepal Rastra Bank rate, and your card is charged in NPR. The exact amount is shown at checkout.

If a price was shown in error, we'll tell you before we send anything, and refund anything you've paid if you'd rather not go ahead.

Your order is confirmed once we've checked it. If a pair is no longer available, we'll let you know, and refund anything you've paid.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout, before you pay. Orders outside Nepal may have customs duties or import taxes, which are payable by you.

In Nepal, you can exchange a pair for another size within 2 days of delivery, unworn and in its original box.

International orders are final: they can't be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

The photos, text and designs on this site belong to Shop Liley. Please don't reuse them without asking.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
