Your name, your mobile number and, if you add one, your email address.

The delivery addresses you save, each with its contact number, your orders and your wishlist.

Your approximate country, worked out from your connection, so we can show prices and delivery for where you are. A map pin you drop isn't stored.

Card details go into Cybersource's secure form. They never reach this site and we never see them.

To sign you in, confirm your orders, deliver them and keep you updated by text or email.

Google Firebase and Google Cloud host the shop, its accounts and its data.

Brevo sends our emails, including sign-in codes. SMS Pasal sends texts in Nepal; Vonage sends codes to numbers outside Nepal.

Cybersource takes card payments. Our courier partner NCN, and the international carrier it books, deliver your order.

IPinfo tells us your approximate country. Google Maps helps you find an address when you use the search or your current location.

Only the ones the shop needs: one keeps you signed in, one holds a sign-in step for a few minutes, and two remember your country and region.

Your bag is kept in your browser, and with your account once you sign in.

You can see and update your details, addresses and sign-in methods in your account.

To have your account deleted, or to ask what we hold, contact us. We keep order records as long as the law requires.
