Most orders arrive in 1–3 days, and we call you before delivery.
Paying in Nepal
Cash on delivery is available anywhere we deliver in Nepal.
When card payment is offered at checkout, you can pay by Visa or Mastercard instead. Card details go into Cybersource's secure form, never this site.
Size exchanges in Nepal
Wrong size? Message us within 2 days of delivery and we'll swap it for another size.
Shoes must be unworn and in their original box. Sale items can be exchanged for a different size only.
Orders outside Nepal
We ship worldwide from Kathmandu by international courier. Shipping is priced by your bag's packed weight and your country, and shown at checkout before you pay.
Prices are shown in your currency at the current Nepal Rastra Bank rate (or a daily market rate when NRB's isn't available; the rate and its date are shown at checkout). Your card is charged in Nepalese rupees (NPR), so your bank's figure may differ slightly. The exact NPR amount is shown at checkout.
Customs duties or import taxes, if any, are payable by you. Order updates come by email.
International orders are final: once placed, they can't be cancelled, returned or exchanged. Please check your size with the guide below.

Our sizes are EU. Measure your foot from heel to longest toe while standing, then pick the size whose length is equal or just longer. Between sizes? Go up one.
